**Position Overview**: The Vendor Operations and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing vendor relationships, managing operational performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving process improvements. Reporting directly to the Head of Singapore, this position holds a key responsibility in maintaining efficient vendor operations and fostering strong vendor partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Lead day-to-day vendor operations, acting as a central point of contact and escalation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with third-party service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor vendor performance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.

**Operational Performance**:

- Provide leadership and direction to third-party service providers, ensuring smooth execution of business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
- Analyze metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and ensure targets are met.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Implement and enforce global, regional, and local policies and procedures, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address key risk indicators, setting thresholds, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

**Process Improvement and Project Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process enhancement opportunities and drive re-engineering efforts.
- Participate in regional projects, providing insights, co-leading initiatives, and ensuring successful execution.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Assist in budget planning, providing input and maintaining adherence to allocated budget for vendor-related activities.
- Reconcile expenses, track variances, and manage accruals related to vendor operations.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Interface regularly with internal stakeholders, external clients, and cross-functional teams to address requirements and enhance collaboration.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in vendor management, operations, and compliance, preferably within a financial services or relevant industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze metrics and performance data to drive informed decisions.
- Project management experience with the ability to lead and execute cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
