**Description and Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT administration, with at least 4 years focusing on Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Office 365, and other Microsoft services is highly desired.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other related security tools.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune architecture and services.
- Experience with conditional access, compliance policies, app protection policies, and other Intune security configurations.
- Monitor and ensure device compliance with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Intune with other security solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, etc.) for a unified security approach.
- Generate and analyse reports on device compliance, app deployments, and other key metrics.
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions to improve Intune deployment, performance, and security.
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft SaaS administration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to create and deliver documentation, training, and support materials.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune management tasks is a plus.
- Provide high-level technical support for troubleshooting device-related issues and escalating as needed.
- Assist in handling incidents, ensuring mínimal impact to end-user productivity and device availability.

**Certifications**:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent Intune/MDM certifications are preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) is a plus
- Intune or MDM-related certifications are a plus.
