**Your Role Accountabilities...**

**Legal and finance document handling and processing**
- Working with team leads to draft terms sheet for new vendors to submit to legal for contract completion
- New vendor On-boarding with legal and finance
- Tracking of master contracts and alerting team of all contracts that are due for renewals
- Co-ordinating with team leads and legal on renewals of vendor contracts
- Processing payments & invoices through Warner Bros. Discovery financial system
- Liaising with vendors for payment matters
- Working with the team leads to ensure that the marketing budget is updated with invoices processed
- Drafting and processing of non-disclosure agreements

**Team operational support**
- Co-ordinating with delivery vendors and team leads for local and regional deliveries
- Co-ordinating with warehouse on premiums requests and deliveries
- Sourcing of premiums vendors to produce ad hoc requests, including managing timeline of production, quality checks and payments
- Consolidating asset requirement list submissions for brand campaigns and briefing into Creative Services
- Co-ordinating event logistic needs such as deliveries, on-site premiums packing

**Housekeeping**
- Consolidating of franchise mailing lists (internal teams, corporate partners etc.)
- Asset management - downloading of assets from various portals to be sorted into marketing shared box drive
- Consolidating of agenda points for weekly inter-team meetings
- Meeting room booking for team meetings via Warner Bros. Discovery internal booking system

**Qualifications & Experience...**
- 4+years of work experience in marketing
- Loves creative storytelling and has a passion for the great content under Warner Bros. Discovery
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage many stakeholders and multiple simultaneous asks
- Is a team player
- Is able to work under tight timelines and support different brands/projects concurrently
