**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and related infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with PUB, National environmental regulations
- Monitor treatment processes, effluent quality, and performance metrics to optimize plant efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate plant personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and manage operational budgets, procurement, and cost control measures
- Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments in line with workplace safety standards (e.g., WSH, OSHAS)
- Coordinate with engineering, laboratory, and environmental teams for continuous process improvement
- Manage emergency response plans and operational contingencies for system failures or incidents
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and submission of regulatory compliance reports
- Lead asset management planning including preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Engage with external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree / Experience in Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Water Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations
- Run 24x7 Operation with additional 2 Technician and Manage the shift
- In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (e.g., UF, RO, Activated Carbon MBR, SBR, activated sludge, tertiary treatment)
- Strong understanding of water quality standards, effluent discharge permits, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with SCADA systems, DCS, or plant automation tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
