**About the Team**:
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to identify the competency gap and the learning requirements based on the business needs; provide insights to the L&D strategy of the organization, have in-depth understanding and strong alignment on it
- Develop learning programs and curriculum according to the needs; be responsible for the successful delivery of learning programs
- Assist in building the L&D system, collate feedback to evaluate the learning effectiveness, and continuously iterate learning programs
- Secure and leverage internal and external resources for better implementation of our learning system and programs
- Evangelize the L&D mission and connect it to the organisation's vision and mission
- Partner with other training teams across the company to ensure we align on similar programs to minimize duplication
- Partner with our training centers of excellence to identify opportunities for scaling, automating and measuring success of L&D programs
- Be a thought leader on latest trends in the L&D space

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's in training, education, technology
- At least 5+ years of work experience in the L&D space with deep understanding of how training teams function
- Excellent understanding of the training ecosystem including the latest trends in management development
- Strong program management skills
- Strong communications skills especially in influencing senior stakeholders on management development strategy and skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong relationship building skills
