**About the Team**
The Strategic Economic practice is our new team of experts, consulting on strategic and economic matters for clients from the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors to identify the forces shaping their markets and develop practical plans to create prosperity and well-being. We are committed to solving the world’s most important challenges.
**What you can expect to be doing**:
All Analysts will be inducted into Access Partnership's Global Analyst Program. This program is designed to create analysts that will become world class consultants, contribute to our growth as a company, can better collaborate, innovate, and deliver to our clients, and progress their careers to the next stage. The** two-year programme** develops the broad knowledge and skills required through rigorous training and involves work experience with other parts of the business in addition to your primary team to learn more about different aspects of our services and clients.

**What you will bring - Essential**
Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree with minimum grade of 2:1, Second Upper, Magna Cum Lauda or equivalent from a reputable university in Economics. Relevant degrees in other disciplines will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Strong foundation in Economics.
- Clear passion for problem solving, and major issues in economics, public policy and business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with quantitative methods.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Leadership potential, as demonstrated through work experience or extracurricular activities.
**Highly Desirable**
- Postgraduate degree in Economics.
- Preference for recent graduates with at least 2 years of post-graduation work experience in the public sector, a top consulting firm, or in Economics and public policy research
- Relevant work experience.
