Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the maintenance and enhancement of business intelligence dashboards and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills, experience working with various tools such as Qlik, Apache Superset, Google Looker Studio, or similar, and be comfortable analyzing complex data sets.

The selected individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and informative reports. They will also be responsible for communicating insights effectively to stakeholders, using data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data
  • Support the development and implementation of BI dashboards and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with data and functional teams to guarantee report accuracy and usefulness
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to various departments
  • Ensure data integrity by validating information within reports
  • Develop and maintain data definitions to facilitate consistent communication across teams
  • Provide user training and support for internal and external users
  • Engage in special projects and ad hoc data studies as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field (BI/data analytics)
  • Strong SQL skills (essential)
  • Experience working with tools such as Qlik, Apache Superset, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
  • Ability to work effectively with numbers and identify patterns
  • A curious mindset, with a passion for solving problems and asking questions
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to various audiences
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply

Nice to Have

While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience working with multiple teams to understand their data needs
  • Knowledge of data flows (ETL/ELT) or the ability to work with engineers to obtain clean data
  • A passion for making data accessible across the organization
  • Bonus: Experience in Python/R, or exposure to statistics/Machine Learning, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
