We are looking for a** Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting (SIP) Supervisor **to join our Maintenance team in Neste Singapore.

We have a team of experts working in Maintenance. Our team is responsible for making sure that all machines are running properly, such that workers are safe and that the plant can perform its function efficiently. The department makes periodic fixes and upgrades to all machines and equipment

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, you will manage SIP Vendor and execute site requirements according to Neste’s specification. Basic roles encompass in Business As Usual (BAU) maintenance and operations needs and may from time to time support Project Investment and Turnaround when required as an integration program towards a centralised control system. Maximizing site execution effectively between different disciplines to achieve schedule and cost effectiveness. Your main responsibilities include

Scaffold
- Plan scaffold requirements based on the scope provided.
- Estimate scaffold required volume, resource and duration.
- Ensure scaffold erected and dismantled according to requirement and accessibility.
- Pre-walk and actual three party walk down to show and ensure the scaffolds meet the requirements and provide advice on the erection.
- Coordinate with end users after erection to check that it is fit for purpose.
- Estimate modification required after first erection and plan resources accordingly.
- Verify and sign off the bill of quantity after dismantling.
- Check billing invoices in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Insulation
- Plan insulation requirements based on the scope provided.
- Estimate the cost, resources and duration for the scope of work.
- Pre-walk and actual three party walk down to show and ensure the insulation meets the requirements.
- Check on the quality on completion.
- Check billing invoices in CMMS

Painting
- Plan painting requirements based on the scope provided.
- Estimate the cost, resources and duration for the scope of work.
- Advice on overall painting requirements with consultation from different paint manufacturers.
- Pre-walk and actual three party walk down to show and ensure the painting meets the requirements.
- Check on the quality on completion.
- Check billing invoices in CMMS.

You will report to a Maintenance Area Lead in the refinery.

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent._
- _Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil & gas, Petrochemical or Pharmaceutical industry preferably in managing SIP site activities._
- _Understanding of BAU maintenance, execution and achievement through high performance and delivery._
- _Good communicator with ability to work in a team environment._
- _Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and best practices will be an added advantage._
