**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in surgical procedures by demonstrating the correct operation of our equipment to operating theatre staff. You will provide real-time support and ensure that the medical team is fully trained in the use of our products.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders, fostering trust and collaboration to enhance product adoption and achieve sales target.
- Provide diligent follow-up throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries on timely manner.
- Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to assist the sales team in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or diploma in a science-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry, preferably within ENT, neuro, or surgical equipment.
- Good to have experience in engaging in live surgeries and cadaver workshops.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); ability to convey complex medical information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
