Singapore KEEP FIT STUDIO PTE. LTD. Full time

Keep Fit Studio is a newly setup fitness training provider for adults and children. We are looking for a senior group fitness manager who can grow with our company:

- Working Location: Singapore
- Salary: $6,500 to $8,500
- Working hours: 6-day work week

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the team at fitness studio
- Ensure daily operational flow
- Identify, assess, review, execute and monitor safe and effective training programs
- Responsible for designing new fitness programs
- Exercise programming and progression planning
- Consultation for students and trainees' programmes
- Conduct periodic fitness assessments for students and trainees
- Monitor and ensure safety of students and trainees
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Report to management for KPIs
- Work with management for Singapore and Overseas expansion.
- Involve with business planning, sales & marketing, and business development activities.

**Preferably**:

- Possess relevant master's or degree certification in physical education, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage fitness instructors and team members.
- Good interpersonal skills and a sales orientation are essential.
- Ability to travel.
- Familiar with the Chinese and Malaysian markets will be an added advantage.
