Job Title: Fitness Centre Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to lead our fitness centre team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will have a natural ability to take charge, motivate, train, and supervise a team to boost sales and drive the club to unprecedented levels of success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day club operations, developing business activities, building strong relationships with members, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the club
  • Drive sales of gym membership packages
  • Ensure excellent member service delivery
  • Develop business activities and build strong relationships with members
  • Mentor, manage, and train team members
  • Lead by example, modeling company values and demonstrating cultural awareness

Requirements:

  • 2 years sales experience preferred
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • NITEC certification minimally required
  • Sales and marketing experience highly desirable
  • Good leadership skills with a track record of developing people and spotting talent
