RESPONSIBILITIES
샌프란시스코 미쉐린 3스타 레스토랑 베누의 Corey 셰프가 싱가포르 Jurong에 위치한 **Hyundai Motor Group 시설** 내에서 정통 한식 레스토랑 'NAOH'를 운영중입니다. 현재 저희 팀을 이끌어 갈 역량 있는 총괄 매니저분을 모집하고 있습니다. 전통 한식에 대한 열정과 뛰어난 다이닝 경험을 제공할 의지가 있는 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다. 총괄 매니저는 레스토랑의 전반적인 운영을 관리하며, 프론트 및 백오브하우스 운영을 총괄하여 최상의 서비스와 운영 효율성을 유지하고, 고객 만족도를 극대화하는 역할을 담당합니다. 강력한 리더십을 갖춘 지원자를 찾고 있으며, 팀 관리, 행정 업무 수행, 레스토랑의 높은 서비스 기준을 유지할 수 있는 분을 모집합니다.
- 레스토랑의 일일 운영 총괄 및 원활한 서비스 흐름 관리
- 서비스 직원을 모집, 교육, 일정 관리 및 성과 평가 포함한 인사 관리
- 최상의 서비스 품질 유지 및 고객 불만 사항 신속 해결을 통한 고객 만족도 향상
- 셰프 및 주방 직원과 긴밀한 협력 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 유지
- 위생 및 안전 규정을 준수하고 청결한 환경 유지
- 재고 관리 및 비용 통제, 적절한 재고 수준 유지
- 급여, 예산 수립, 보고서 작성 등 재무 업무 관리
- 메뉴 구성, 계절별 변경 사항 및 특별 메뉴에 대한 상세한 이해 보유
- 운영 효율성 증대를 위한 프로세스 개선 및 모범 사례 도입
The **General Manager** will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring top-tier service, operational efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, handle administrative duties, and uphold the restaurant's high standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Lead and manage the service crew, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional service quality and promptly address guest concerns to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Oversee financial tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, including seasonal changes and special offerings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- **싱가포르 국적자 또는 한국인**:
- F&B (특히 파인다이닝) 경력이 있으신 분
- 영어랑 한국어가 유창하신분
- 레스토랑 업계에서 총괄 매니저 또는 유사한 리더십 역할 경험 보유자
- 강한 리더십과 팀을 동기부여하고 이끌어갈 수 있는 역량 보유자
- 뛰어난 대인관계 및 의사소통 능력(구두 및 서면)
- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 다중 업무 수행 가능
- 우수한 조직력 및 문제 해결 능력
- 고객 서비스 및 환대 산업에 대한 깊은 열정 보유자
- 전통 한식에 대한 이해도 보유자 우대
- Singaporean National or Koreran
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Korean and English
- Proven experience as a **General Manager** or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A deep passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of traditional Korean cuisine is a plus.
