**Your Impact**
The Marketing Manager/Sr Manager APAC (ex. CHN, IND, JPN) is responsible for the overall development and implementation of strategy for the successful positioning of ASP products according to the critical business priorities for the region. This position has a strong connection and interaction with the Global Strategic Marketing team, the country leaders & Sales and Marketing Managers.
**Here’s Jobs Responsibilities**
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Support APAC’s (ex. CHN, IND, JPN) commercial strategy by developing and driving the marketing strategy and plans being accountable for all Marketing metrics and goals in that region and coordinating all regional marketing resources to achieve the commercial objectives.
- Accountable for the marketing budget for demand generation and growth-related initiatives in the region.
- Project manage long term growth initiatives from project plan towards implementation
- Enhances ASP brand and lead existing product / brand management in TS (Terminal sterilization units) and HLD (High level disinfection unit) business.
- Responsible for assessment of existing products, develop promotional activities
- Comprehends Market and competitive environmental trends
- Forecasting, inventory management, customer complaint (quality management), new product or product renovation with task force team
- Manages Market Research capturing Voice of Customer and Critical to Quality and is a strong voice of local customer needs to APAC & Global Marketing teams
- Implement regional marketing programs and product launches targeting customer segments that drive demand generation and acquire new contacts.
- Plan and execute Marketing initiatives collaborating with local sales and marketing team
- Identifies and manages relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) in APAC (ex. CHN, IND, JPN) countries
- Leads & manages Professional education activities
- Build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Build & implement digital strategies & marketing automation
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Lead and mentor local and remote regional marketing team with different cultural background.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualification Requirement**
- A minimum of 8 years experiences as marketing, field sales or similar role in health-care (Medical devices or Pharma) industries
- 5 years’ people management experience is a Must. Experience in managing a remote and culturally diverse team preferred.
- The ability to lead and influence as evidenced by experience, as a manager or project leader is required as is the experience and knowledge to work in a matrix environment.
- Must have good communication and collaboration skills, be able to work in a team environment and be customer/market oriented.
- Generally good speaking and presentation skills.
- Analytical expertise is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or science/technical discipline is required, MBA desired.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, microbiology, disinfection, sterilization and device processing is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Ability to be flexible and operate in a dynamic environment where functional resources can be limited.
- Able to travel 50% within APAC region
