Roles & Responsibilities

Kim Chuan Gas, Sanitary & Construction Pte Ltd

Project Manger (Construction)

SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,000

RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Delegate tasks to the Project team whom are best positioned to complete them.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects are running to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Adjust schedule and target on the project as needs when encounter changes without compromising the clients’ expectations and schedule set out.
- Communicating with Project Director to keep the project aligned with their goals and handover schedule.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Responsible and accountable
- Able to INDEPENDANTLY manage a full interior fit-out project being the KEY person in-charge and point of contact to client.
- Experienced and familiar with technical knowledge and requirement of a full fit-out project and renovation works, giving guidance to the project team.
- Problem Solver : Able to handle stress and constant problems/issues faced from projects and resolve them professionally.
- Be able to manage project costing and familiar with prices, so as to control the cost and expenses of the project to ensure project is profitable.
Possess strong multi-tasking skills to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Possess the drive and commitment to achieve target under tight deadlines and pressure
Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
