We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to oversee the management of Plumbing & Sanitary projects from inception to completion.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of M&E Sanitary & Plumbing project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Development of site construction strategies, including method statements and work procedures.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of site progress to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Evaluation and estimation of costs for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing components.
  • Preparation of design construction drawings for plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • Liaison with Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordination of manpower and supervision of site arrangements.
  • Participation in meetings and inspections to address concerns or issues.
