**Requirements**:
**As a Commercial Analytics Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the Commercial team's strategic efforts by**:

- **Preparing financial models and conducting in-depth analysis to evaluate various high-stakes transactions, including**:
**o Vessel sales and purchases**:
**o Equity raises**:
**o Profit-sharing agreements**:
**o Vessel financing and refinancing**:
**o Investment in new maritime technologies**:

- **Managing and coordinating various commercial projects to ensure timely and efficient execution**:

- **Reviewing and negotiating term sheets related to commercial, investment and financing projects, ensuring that all terms align with the company’s strategic objectives**:

- **Preparing presentations for both corporate and project-related initiatives, tailored to different stakeholders**:

- **Maintaining comprehensive records for market research and business intelligence purposes, ensuring access to up-to-date data for decision-making**:

- **Facilitating communication between departments to ensure smooth project flow and alignment across teams**:

- **Managing and mentoring Junior Commercial Analytics Associates, fostering their growth and development within the team**
