**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure an effective telephone communication with all Departments.
- Ensure all rooms are ready for guests check-in by effectively communicating and updating with Rooms Attendants & Supervisors
- Monitors closely and regularly the room status from Fidelio
- Ensure check out rooms update to Rooms Attendant, and clean room update in Opera as soon as possible
- Print shift reports as required
- Follows up on discrepancies regularly - minimum every 4 hours
- Conducts key inventory once per shift
- Assist Executive Housekeeping with his/her administrative work
- Keeps working area in clean condition
- Arranges for baby sitter service
- Ensures Room Attendants assignments are correctly filled and handed in to Housekeeping Office at the end of the shift
- Ensures Housekeeping Traces is resolved daily
