**Responsibilities (Adjunct Instructor)**:

- Implement the activities in accordance with the guidelines, framework, andphilosophy of the company.
- Flexible and possess the ability to respond effectively to their working conditions.
- Facilitate activities and multi-day trips at various locations within Singapore.
- Be a role model and forge strong relationships with participants.
- Uphold good relationships with parents.
- Conduct risk-assessment to ensure participant’s safety.
- Attend all instructor training sessions.
- Clean, maintain and prepare equipment and logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in Early Childhood, Sports or Outdoor Education would beadvantageous.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity;conductingoutdoor-related programmes (for children preferred) / facilitation/education workshops.
- Exhibit classroom management skills and ability to motivate and engage children.
- Passionate about outdoor adventure learning and nature.
- Positive learning attitude and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable with facilitating outdoor activities for children aged 4-9.
- Ability to commit to the entire duration of each programme.
- Available to start work within one month’s notice.
- Currently reside in Singapore.
