Catering Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the catering team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate and supervise the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
- Drive our catering van to various locations for delivery and setup of catering events
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the catering van and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory of catering supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and address any concerns or issues that arise

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or food service, including driving and setup of catering events
- Valid Class 3 driver's license and clean driving record
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
