The incumbent will provide operational support, in the area of **Accounts Receivable and collection, to the Central Finance team**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing Quarterly AR reporting to management
- Analyse any anomalies in the AR aging report
- Provide advice and support to departments in terms of order to cash processes
- Follow up on any accounts receivable outstanding issues
- Analyse Open Sales Order to ensure no obsolete or unwanted sales order remained open
- Analyse failed invoices to create accounting records and advise for solution
- Prepare Accounts Receivable related accounts balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the university on initiatives in Organisational Excellence (OE) journey
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
- A diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Preferably 3 years of experience in finance functions
- Excellent attention to details
- Experience in SAP preferable but not necessary
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player
