
Product Manager

The client is a Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment company. Relevant experience with similar products is a must.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Scheduling & Resource Planning**: Define and manage project schedules and resources. Lead kick-off meetings to set clear project expectations and ensure alignment across teams.
- **Product Ownership**: Assume end-to-end ownership of assigned products, from initial concept to market launch and post-launch support.
- **Product & Technology Benchmarking**: Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to benchmark product features, technology, and market positioning.
- **Technical Sales Support**: Partner with Technical Sales teams to review specifications, cost evaluations, and new product requirements.
- **Customer Collaboration**: Act as the primary interface with customers, providing project updates, conducting technical reviews, and addressing inquiries.
- **Product Evaluation Programs**: Manage product evaluation programs with customers to ensure optimal performance and gather feedback for future improvements.
- **Continuous Improvement Program (CIP)**: Oversee CIP initiatives to extend the lifecycle of products, implementing changes based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid foundation in basic engineering principles and equipment product development.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams successfully.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work across various organizational levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to new challenges.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
