**Job Description & Requirements**:**JOB SCOPE**
- Service and support new and existing customers for both the professional market and consumer market segments.
- Support the sales and marketing of our products
- Prepare quotation and to be responsible for tender preparation and submission
- Create special projects with the institutions to drive sales and adoption of our products and solutions
- Take charge of special events targeting consumer like World Diabetes Day activities etc
- Support patients directly either as walk-in and which may also include home support.
- Responsible for our company’s online sales and drive our company’s social media like Facebook and Instagram.
- To learn and support the team for the projects involving remote patient monitoring and vending machines.
- Be able to operate our Remote Patient Monitoring and Smart Vending Machine systems.
- Other duties assign by the Project Manager.
**QUALIFICATION**
You must preferably have a Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering with some working experiences in the healthcare industry.
