**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Sales and Collection Monitoring for Retail and E-commerce Business- Monitor and resolve red lights errors for boutique’s sales transactions in SAP
- Verify daily receivable & payment collection
- Reconcile credit card payment in Matchbox
- Prepare and process credit card refunds requested by Maison
- Follow-up on GST tourist refund issue
- Monitor and verify manual logbooks with system issued transactions by the boutiques

Stock Management- To review and prepare for stock adjustment of boutiques
- To review stock in transit of boutiques

Reporting & Monthly Activities- Perform clearing for all suspense accounts in SAP system
- Sales completeness check
- Monthly customer deposit and deposit redemption schedules preparation and follow-up on confirmation with the respective Boutique Managers
- Prepare discount, return and refund and cash payment reports to Brand Management
- Review customer KYC forms and submission of Cash Transaction Reporting (CTR) to the government portal
- Prepare turnover rent reporting and billings to landlord
- Boutique Review- Examine retail transactions and documents and ensure Company and Maison’s policies and procedures are well respected
- Present review observations and recommendations to various stakeholders
- Ad-hoc Activities- Act as a contact point for Brand Retail Management in resolving boutique daily operational issues and communicating retail policy and procedures
- Ensure Anti-Money Laundering compliance and requirements are well respected
- Participate in retail/e-commerce related projects
- Liaise with external vendors e.g., credit card acquirers, cash collection agent and government agencies as and when is needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Possess a recognized Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, auditing experience would be a plus
- Strong accounting skills and data analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office skill and familiar with accounting software/EPR systems
- Ability to work under pressure, react quickly and able to assess complex business situations/transactions especially on high-risk areas, fraud susceptibility and highlight areas for improvement
