**Key Responsibilities**
- Driving client partnership with strategic influence and intent, whilst being the focal point for day-to-day client interaction, digital campaign planning, and service delivery across the offshore teams
- Act as agency lead across Client portfolio, partnering with the client teams internally and managing the offshore teams in India. Live and breathe the brand ethos, have a full understanding of the Client’s way of working, and ensure the teams are delivering work that is up to mark
- Interpret the client’s business needs into clear digital briefs
- Implement and manage digital and promotional campaigns, with a specific emphasis on managing tight timings and deadlines
- Develop digital project plans, with effective and timeous delivery from concept to execution
- Interpret campaign performance to optimize creative work and improve current practices
- Interpret digital trends, unlocking new and relevant opportunities across digital and social platforms

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience and have the aptitude and desire to lead a team
- Degree in Tertiary Marketing and/or Advertising qualification, with digital certification. A diploma in Advertising will also be considered
- Digital agency experience is essential. Experience with large-scale multinational brands and/or in retail travel/luxury would be advantageous
- Proven experience in leading a team, including external agency partners
- Ability to lead a team, including offshore and any external agencies, in both work-from-home or work-from-office environments
- Strong digital skills with a strong understanding of digital platforms and technical / production requirements
- Ability to think commercially and understand the real return on investment
- Strong focus on strategy & execution
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of digital channel requirements, SEO foundation, a good understanding of digital analytics, and best practice
- Broad understanding of all communication disciplines
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
- Experience working with detailed digital chase lists is essential
- Experience working on retail travel or luxury brands will be advantageous
