**Responsibility of/Expectations from the Role**:

- Estimation and Preparing design for the project.
- Develop programs and utilities with in-house IT Projects.
- Create and maintain support documentation.
- Performance tuning so that jobs running within a limited timeframe.
- Ensure the QA & UAT problems are resolved within SLA time.
- Status monitoring and Status tracking of the project.
- QA & UAT Migration & Deployment.
- Knowledge of Cognos Reporting tools or other BI reporting tools is an advantage.

**Must-Have**:

- Strong Experience in working with Oracle databases incl. PL/SQL.
- Procedures, tables, views, packages.
- ODI Experience in data warehouse/ETL.
- Code debugging & knowledge of Maintenance & Change delivery.
- Troubleshoot production support issues, and post-release deployment, and come up with solutions. Ability to solve complex production issues.
- Able to work on both Production support and enhancements.
- Individual Contributor Role.

**Good-to-Have**:

- Good to have
- Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of Service-Now/Jira/JMP.
- Worked on Agile-SAFe delivery methodology.
- Knowledge of Cognos Reporting tools or other BI reporting tools is an advantage.
