Luxury Hotel in the heart of Town Location is seeking to expand its exceptional Butler Team. Offering a fantastic working environment, incredible perks, and ample opportunities for career growth. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, as hotel cater to a discerning Mandarin-speaking clientele.
- Ensuring utmost guest satisfaction as top priority
- Attending to VIP suite room guests and coordinating with all various departments to fulfil guest needs and requests.
- Proficient in the Room Service and other outlets' menus, and capable of providing recommendations and making necessary reservations.
- Keeping all relevant departments informed about guest allergies and food preferences.
- Conducting efficient in-room check-ins and providing concierge services.
- Takes care of all the guest's requests and liaise with departments required like laundry, wake up call, spa bookings, concierge etc.
- Ensuring guests' satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage during their dining experience.
- Communicating desired cleaning and turn-down service to the housekeeping department.
- Able to assist with accommodation features: lay-out, room type, location, decor, in room facilities and equipment.
- Performing any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full service hotel.
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Preferred
- Must speak fluent Mandarin to converse with mandarin speaking customers
- Willingness to work flexible shift hours.
- Pleasant, outgoing and has an eye for details
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $3,000.00 per month
