The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Lead Campaign Projects team to identify, prioritise, and execute on marketing campaign initiatives end-to-end
- Drive problem-solving and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of marketing campaigns, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimise and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting to facilitate management decision-making
- Engage with team leads across commercial functions to drive campaigns-related agenda and initiatives
- Research on trends across e-Commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in a high performing organisation, with experience in marketing or commercial roles
- Background in e-Commerce, consulting, or dynamic tech start-ups is a plus
- Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills; result-oriented and self-motivated, with a bias for hands-on execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a high degree of comfort with numbers
