The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Plan, project-manage, and execute marketing campaign projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders to support campaigns-related projects and new initiatives
- Conduct data analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate performance, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimise and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives
- Design and improve internal marketing campaigns processes
- Research on trends across e-Commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Independent and self-motivated, with a bias for hands-on execution; high openness to ambiguity
- Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a high degree of comfort with numbers
- Prior experience in marketing, e-Commerce, or project management roles is a plus
