The incumbent is responsible for developing and ensuring that the company complies to applicable local law, regulation and group standard in his/her capacity as the Process Risk Management Representative.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Develop and track annual Process Risk Management plan and programme in accordance to Air Liquide Group requirement
- Lead process risk assessments (HAZOP, LOPA, Bowtie) to existing and new installations
- Lead process risk assessment review with stakeholders to identify risk reduction measures and improvement items
- Review Management of Change
- Ensuring that selected process risk reduction measures meet the criteria defined by the Group risk criticality matrix
- Supporting the Facilities in the implementation of the validated risk reduction measures,
- Participate in Ready for Startup Safety reviews
- Performing inspection and reviews in the field to confirm the effectiveness of the validated risk reduction measures
- Perform suitable risk assessment to demonstrate As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) for facilities classified as Major Hazardous Installations (MHI)
- Coordinate between MHI sites and submit relevant documentations such as safety case to the regulatory agencies
- Coordinate between MHI sites and certification body with regards to SS651 compliance
- Key focal point in ensuring process safety documentation and records or safety case in compliance for any regulatory inspection or audits
- Participate in the root cause analysis of Process Safety Event
- Lead Process Risk Management Workgroup in promoting process risk awareness

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry
- Good understanding of relevant legislation, including MHI regulation, Singapore Safety Case, and related codes and standards.
- Good working knowledge of Process Risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team player mindset
- Good interpersonal skills with all levels especially dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good skill in managing projects and good leadership in project execution
