
Customer Experience Specialist

In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Efficiently manage a large number of client inquiries professionally.
- Continually assess and suggest improvements to workflows, collaborating with Team Leaders or Managers as needed.
- Maintain strict integrity and confidentiality standards, safeguarding customer information at all times.
- Achieve personal and team targets, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Handle office administrative tasks as needed.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant majors.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to assist English-speaking customers and fluency in Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders from different regions.
- Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well in challenging situations and effectively manage stress.
- Personality Traits: Positive, eager, thorough, reliable, honest, and goal-driven.
- Customer Service Skills: Alert, understanding, patient, consistent, persuasive, with excellent etiquette and communication skills.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
