The School of Biological Sciences (SBS) is a school of the College of Science. It was established in 2002 with the mission to make a strong contribution to biological and biomedical sciences. Research areas at SBS include infectious diseases, immunology, neurodegenerative diseases and telomere biology and genome function. A Research Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Associate Professor MIAO Yansong, School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

**Job Description**:
The primary responsibility of the Research Fellow is to utilize high spatial-temporal resolution imaging techniques to investigate molecular assembly in vitro and in vivo. This includes analyzing molecular behavior on artificial lipid bilayers and cell membranes, as well as at the single molecule level.

Job Requirements:
- PhD in Cell Biology- Proficient in TIRF, Spinning-disk confocal, structural illumination microscope, and their quantitative analysis- Experience in AI-assisted imaging analysis would be advantageous- Strong background in cell biology imaging and biophysics is essential, while expertise in protein biochemistry can be acquired through training in the laboratory
