**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**

The Engineer will be in the Servicing and Maintenance (S&M) Unit under BU-Central, where the responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Plan and schedule the S&M Inspection Regime for Appurtenances Inspection Programme so as to maintain network assets effectively
- Ensure rectification of water fittings and appurtenances is carried out timely and systematically
- Plan and schedule Gearbox Servicing Programme
- Review the criteria and parameters used for watermains cleaning data analysis and plan for watermains cleaning programme in central region of Singapore
- Attend and resolve customer feedback which includes sunken chambers, broken premix etc.
- Lead projects such as GPS tagging, sensor installation, etc.
- Carry out administration work including verification of work done and certify payment to contractors
- Assist in urgent repair work/ management of water supply related incidents, e.g. pipe leak, water discoloration and water disruption incident

**What we are looking for**

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental disciplines
Work location: Waterhub (Toh Guan Road East)
