Job Responsibilities:

- Manage, develop, and motivate Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategy.
- Achieve sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
- Maintain and develop existing business levels while ensuring a constant flow of new business activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to both external and internal customer needs and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
- Possess presentation skills and abilities to present to a group of multiple decision-makers in various segments.
- Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in sales role in related industries or construction background.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Working location: Ubi.
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
