- Looking for a Head of Facilities Engineering for a new build pharmaceutical plant here in Singapore.
- Who doesn’t like starting from the beginning? A chance to set things up how you like them, build out a team of your own people and actually see the results of your labour at the end of it, is far better than having to make do with what’s already there.
- It’s going to be a challenge to start with it all project related - EPCM oversight, installation, and C&Q work and then it’s business as usual (well as BAU as it can be for starting up a brand new facility).**The Head of Facilities Engineering will**:

- Manage the site engineering team responsible for HVAC, water, electrical, and other utilities. Ensure that site utilities and facilities are in good working condition to support site operations.
- Lead team to continuously improve system and equipment reliability by PM, routine maintenance and condition monitoring, and improvement project.
- Provide ongoing development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in compliance, technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to support the site’s continuous improvement efforts.

**The Head of Facilities Engineering will be/have**:

- At least 15 years of engineering experience, > 5 years at engineering FACILITIES & UTILITIES lead
- At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
