Head, Facilities Management

**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
The responsibilities of the of Head, Facilities Management are listed below. Note that the list is not exhaustive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
- Lead the team together with internal stakeholders to prepare and review tender documents, take part in the contract negotiation, review tender submissions, and finalize the tender evaluation, and write tender award paper.
- Oversee the overall contract governance and compliance including internal and external audit.
- Provide guidance on the post-contract administration matters to ensure compliance with procurement policy and relevant guidelines/regulations.
- Achieve the operational performance standards and key performance indicators set by the company
- Manage costs without compromising safety and reliability of the MRT operations
- Drive continuous improvement on people, processes and operating environment
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the department effectiveness and productivity
- Establish strong partnerships and effective relationships at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Align the technical goals with the business objectives of the company and contribute to the growth and success of the company
- Participate in company level projects / activities as project leader or key committee member

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in contract, facilities, and building management
- Knowledge and experience in rail operations and maintenance is highly advantageous.
