We are seeking passionate Mat Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective Pilates classes. The instructor will create a welcoming environment for clients of all skill levels, helping them improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through tailored instruction and motivation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Class Instruction**:Plan and lead group Mat Pilates classes, ensuring sessions are safe, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.
- **Client Assessment**:Evaluate individual clients’ needs and abilities to provide personalized modifications and progressions during classes.
- **Program Development**:Design and implement class routines that promote core strength, flexibility, and balance while keeping sessions dynamic and enjoyable.
- **Motivation and Support**:Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals and improve their technique.
- **Safety Protocols**:Ensure all equipment is safe and properly maintained, and adhere to health and safety guidelines during classes.
- **Ongoing Education**:Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and fitness trends, participating in workshops and training as necessary.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging regular attendance and providing feedback on their progress.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:Assist in promoting classes and programs through social media, community events, and other marketing efforts.
