Overview:
A Freelance Comprehensive Pilates Instructor leads group and individual sessions, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. The instructor tailors programs to meet clients' diverse needs, ensuring safety and effective practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct group and private Pilates classes, both in-person and online.
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and design personalized programs.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and provide modifications as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment.
- Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Promote classes and build client relationships through effective communication.
- Stay updated on Pilates trends and continue professional development.

**Requirements**:
Education and Certification:

- Certification from a recognized Pilates training program
- Comprehensive training in mat and equipment

**Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a studio setting.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including beginners and those with injuries.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling and managing sessions.

Other:

- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.

Personal Qualities:

- Passion for health and fitness.
- Patience and empathy when working with clients.
- Ability to create a positive and encouraging environment.
