**Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover)**

We are seeking a **Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover)**to support our dynamic marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for marketing and an interest in project management.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will help coordinate and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget - all while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:Support marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.
- **Timeline Management**:Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure key milestones are met.
- **Resource Coordination**:Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure resources are available and deliverables are completed as required.
- **Communication**:Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing questions.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:Maintain detailed project records and prepare status reports for management.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with design, content, and other teams to ensure materials meet specifications and deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**:Review marketing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- **Budget Tracking**:Support monitoring of project budgets and expenses.
- **Post-Project Analysis**:Assist in evaluating campaign success, tracking performance metrics, and providing recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Prior experience coordinating marketing campaigns or working with cross-functional teams.
