**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Centre for Global Education & Opportunities (GEO).
- Programme/Event Management
- Provide logistics support for programmes and events.
- Conduct student briefings.
- Manage student events - planning, liaison, publicity.
- Conduct post programme surveys and propose/execute enhancements to the programmes.
- Conduct after action reviews after each run of programme.
- Prepare funding and end of programme reports for funders and senior management.
- Provide student advisory services and support.
- Marketing
- Manage the programme's social media platforms.
- Develop promotional materials for student recruitment/engagement.
- General duties
- Adhoc projects that require maturity in handling and delivery.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or degree holder, preferably with programme delivery and event planning/management experience.
- Familiarity with operations in global education.
- At least 2 years of experience in running student programmes at university-level and/or managing cross-cultural student events.
- Driven self-starter with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player who is resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment.
- Communicates well - both written and spoken, and is confident of leading tertiary students of different nationalities.
- Meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
- Technology and social media-savvy; able to use design software to develop publicity materials.
