**About you**:
You are a responsible, meticulous and action-oriented individual. You have excellent time management skills and can break projects into doable actions and set timeframes to complete them on time and on budget. You enjoy working with and through people, both internally and externally, to administer and organise all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. You also possess good client management and communication skills. A self-starter, you get things done on time and in good order with minimum supervision and ideally has prior experiences working in a small or start-up environment.

**What will you be doing?**
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
- Manage stakeholders’ communications and expectations across different projects
- Monitor progress and ensure requirements are met as projects evolve
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Manage project meetings and propose improvements
- Assist management in proposals, presentations and meetings
**What are we looking for?**
- 5 or more years of hands-on work experience as a client-facing Project Manager, Account Manager or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, including preparation of quotations, schedules, and presentation materials.
- Good organisational and time management skills as successful hire will be working on multiple projects at any one time.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in teams comprising of different disciplines.
- A positive personality with a can-do attitude and an interest in creating unique, innovative and impactful user/audience experiences will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
