Incident Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the Technology Operating Center's incident and problem management procedures.
- Familiar with both on-premises and cloud infrastructure processing.
- Management oversight and accountability for promptly resolving daily IT operational incidents and problems.
- Maintains control over connected vendor partners to make sure that service levels and contractual obligations are maintained when it comes to concluding incidents.
- Responsibilities include following compliance and audit-related requirements.
- Incharge for holding people accountable for prompt resolution of IT service delivery issues.
- Promotes business conversations that put IT in a position to address ongoing demands from business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or an equal level of experience.
- IT professional with 3 to 5 of experience in infrastructure, operations, compliance, and/or security.
- Business analysis and/or project management expertise.
- Action
- and closure-oriented; focused on results
- Highly developed organizational abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple tasks at once.
- The capacity to build and maintain solid connections across the organization.
- The ability to plan, manage, and complete all parts of assigned tasks autonomously, with appropriate delegation.
- Business and insurance knowledge.
- Platform and infrastructure experience in the cloud will be helpful.
- ITIL certification and experience are preferable.
