**Work Schedule**: Monday-Saturday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM

**Pay Range**: 4800-6000 SGD

We are looking for a Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management who has solid knowledge of Singapore's education curriculum to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line.

**Your Role**:

- Manage and review content for Mathematics ensuring alignment with Singapore's MOE curriculum and examinations (N2-K2, AEIS, PSLE)
- Closely monitor students ' progress through regular visits to learning centers
- Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, course delivery (inspiring students' interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, answering students' questions in time)
- Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarizing learning issues and proposing study suggestions)；
- Other office management and ad-hoc responsibilities.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 0-3 years of prior teaching/education experience; outstanding fresh graduates are welcomed
- Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground up
- Able to work under pressure and is proactive
- Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication
- Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posses a growth mindset and eager to learn new things and personal development
