**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 1. Childcare fees and record of payments _
(a) Collects childcare fees from parents at the end or beginning of the month
(ensure that all fees are collected before the 5th of each month)
(b) Ensures that parents pay their fees promptly
(c) Maintains proper and accurate record of all payments
- 2. New Enrolment _
(a) Assists the Principal to contact parents for registration and handle parents’ enquiries
(b) Assists the Principal to call up parents on waiting list (periodically)
(c) Assists and ensures that parents fill all the necessary forms and submit all essential documents as required by ECDA
(d) Verifies all photocopied documents submitted by parents against the original copies (child’s birth certificate, parents’ NRIC, marriage certificate etc.)
(e) Ensures that all information and documents required by ECDA for enrolment via Child Care Link are complete, in order and submitted on time.
- 3. ECDA Matters _
(b) Counter-checks and verifies that the monthly ECDA GSII Report is in order. Any discrepancies to be reported to the ECDA officer immediately, followed by a letter stating the details.
(c) Ensures that all new enrolment, withdrawals, notification of changes must be submitted via Child Care Link followed by hard copies forwarded by mail.
- 4. Filing & General Administration _
(a) Maintains accurate administration records for child enrolment, withdrawal and parent subsidy claims
(b) Assists in placing of orders in advance for food items (snacks for breakfast, tea), perishable and non-perishable items from Suppliers
(c) Prepares and displays up-to-date menu at the Parents’ Notice Board and Kitchen
(any deviations / changes in menu, to be logged down immediately)
(d) Prepares and submits daily marketing list, petty cash claim forms, and other expenses
(e) Prepares approval memos, advice payment vouchers, medical and dental reimbursements
(f) Prepares and photocopies of correspondence/notices to parents and any other materials when required
(g) Conducts monthly stock check on items such as uniforms, stationery, toiletries etc
(h) Maintains a well-organised, tidy and clean office
(i) Undertakes any other duties as assigned by the Principal from time to time
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Able to work independently as well as team
