Job Responsibilities
As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing sales support to our Director and establishing customer support practices.
- Monitoring clients’ portfolios and highlighting any risks/issues
- Assisting in requests for proposals for clients
- Helping in the preparation of product presentations
- Site visit with Director to enhance the customer experience
- Administrative and documentation support as required
- Middle-office function based in an office setting Job Requirements
- A recognized diploma (Local or overseas)
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude - Proficient in MS skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
