**Job Summary**:
The Head Bartender is responsible for leading the bar team, ensuring high-quality beverage service, and maintaining the bar's operations. This includes overseeing the preparation of cocktails, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing guidance to junior bartenders. The Head Bartender is a key figure in delivering an exceptional drinking experience and ensuring the smooth running of the bar.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bar Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards and are served promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure supplies are always available.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and mentor junior bartenders, ensuring they follow proper procedures and provide excellent customer service.
- Allocate tasks to bartenders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner during busy hours.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to improve the skills and performance of the team.
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and promoting professionalism.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers, ensuring their needs are met and any complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Recommend drinks based on customers' preferences and promote new or signature cocktails.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor the inventory of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies.
- Place orders with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Track and manage wastage, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s alcohol licensing laws and regulations, including the responsible service of alcohol.
- Ensure the bar is operating according to local health and safety standards, including safe handling of food and drink items.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in preparing schedules for the bar staff and manage shift assignments.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to reports on bar performance, sales, and inventory
