Jobs Descriptions
- Handle full set of accounts and generate monthly finance reports; Familiar in tax, budget, forecast.
- Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cashflow reports
- Ensure financial reports and information are in compliance with relevant tax agencies;
- Handle foreign currency matters;
- Quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) preparation and submission
- Handle corporate and personal tax compliance work
- Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual operating budgets;
- Coordinate and liaise with parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
- Recognized relevant Degree and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting/Tax, ACCA
- Positive Attitude, highly motivated, flexible, and possess good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and sharp for details
- Knowledge or experience handling Family Office setup is preferable.
- Ability to prepare Accounting report in Chinese for stakeholder review.
- Able to work independently and work under tight timelines
- Familiar in use Excel to perform complex calculations, like amortization tables and depreciation schedules
- This role will be on a 6 days work week (8am-5pm)
- The incumbent will be based in our overseas office Dubai.
