As an Associate Manager/Manager (Internal Communications), expect to learn quickly on your feet, write daily and engage with employees through various channels daily. You will also be involved in cross functional work with thought leaders and experts to devise internal communications materials and campaigns towards staff engagement and employer branding efforts.

Reporting to the Associate Director overseeing Internal Communications at KPMG in Singapore, you will be the force of influence working proactively to shape culture with our leaders through your words and content. Hence, do be prepared to write on a variety of topics and to be comfortable communicating across different internal platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the driving of an internal communications strategy aligned to the firm's culture, values and strategic priorities, as part of an overall integrated communications strategy that also includes external communications and thought leadership.
- Design and develop timely, creative, engaging and impactful internal communications plans and materials
- Plans and materials should support of employee engagement campaigns, and with the aim of advancing employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) to attract and retain key talent.
- Materials could include but are not limited to senior management messages, presentations, newsletters and town halls.
- Help drive employee communications and employer branding activities, which would involve partnering business units, HR counterparts and other teams in marketing and communications to deliver outcomes. Also involves managing internal communications channels to ensure consistency and alignment with external messages and brand.
- Be a force for good and a champion of change, in capacity of an organisational communicator

**Qualifications**:

- **A driven and energetic individual with minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Organisational studies, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.**:

- **Seasoned communicator with minimum 5 years of experience (for Associate Manager) or minimum 8 years' experience (for Manager). Preferably used to project managing across a large company or MNC.**:

- **Ability to creatively develop new and original communications materials with mínimal guidance.**
- **Strong writing and editing skills with a commitment to the highest quality standards.**:

- **Comfortable writing and communicating on a range of topics from sustainability to finance**:

- **Able to research, conceptualise and create clear and compelling narratives**:

- **Experienced in developing content for a culturally diverse audience, and using metrics to evaluate communication reach, engagement & effectiveness will be a plus;**:

- **Experienced in digital content creation, editing and related software will be a plus;**
- **Strong initiative, excellent follow-through, attention to detail and high sense of urgency.**:

- **Results-oriented; takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality work and effectively conveys its value.**:

- **Team player with proven ability to build relationships across business units and functional areas.
