**Objective**:
Reporting to Senior IT Manager, this role will system administer on-premise & cloud IT infrastructure of datacentre and offices, delivering high performing and secure IT environment. This role serves as a catalyst

for innovation and productivity to the business. This role provides vital support to the business users & IT infrastructure ensuring productivity, efficiency and business continuity.

**Job description**:

- Design, manage and maintain various IT Infrastructure services - Active Directory, Virtualization,
- Networking, Data Storage, Security and Backups.
- Responsible for Office 365 (MS Office, Teams, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint, PowerBI, InTune) administration.
- Remediate/mitigate system security vulnerabilities as discovered or reported.
- Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, patches, updates, and upgrades to software/hardware.
- Responsible for IT support desk, provide support to internal and remote users ensuring least turnaround time to resolve the issue. Manage end user computing, new joiners and leavers process.
- Maintain documentation of system design, changes and process. Orient users on new implementations.
- Assist in ongoing IT projects.

**Job requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalents.
- Professional certification in CCNA/ITILv3 are advantageous
- Professional certification in MCSE/MCSA is a must
- Minimum 5 years hands on IT Infrastructure administration & support experience.

**Expertise in managing**:

- Windows server 2016, Win10, Active Directory & Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, PKI, IIS, & GPO.
- Networking: Firewalls, SSL & IPSec VPN, Switches and Wireless infrastructure.
- Servers and Storage: Physical servers, virtual severs & appliances, copper NAS and SAN.
- Business Continuity: On-premise and cloud backups, replication, recovery, ransomware protection.
- Problem solving skills and ownership of incident management system.

**Knowledge in**:

- Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare), Citrix Xen App, NetScaler.
- Asset, software license & infrastructure management tools.
- Management of Audio video conferencing systems and MS Teams Telephony.
- Database: Management of SQL databases, backups, optimisation & analytics reporting.

**Others**:

- Highly organized, detailed oriented, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoy working with end-users, and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
