Finance Director, Group Consolidation

Our client is one of the prominent players in the Real Estate scene and manages multiple asset class.
They are currently seeking a well-experienced Finance Director to lead the Group Consolidation and SGX reporting team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage and lead the team (onshore/offshore) in a wide spectrum of month-end closing activities including, but not limited to, consolidation of group accounts, cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and financial statements.
- Oversee SGX reporting and ensure reports are delivered on timely and accurately.
- Review consolidation of subsidiaries’ financial record on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Co-ordination of audit activities, working closely with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensure financial reports meet the applicable accounting standards (IFRS, SFRS), tax and other regulations

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy and qualified accountant (CPA/CA) preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of finance leadership experience including SGX reporting and group consolidation within Global MNCs and Big 4 audit firms.
- Effective communicator and strong stakeholder management
- Experience in IBM Cognos would be an advantage
