**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is a leading global data center provider, and they are looking for a Finance Director to lead the Group Reporting and Consolidation team, providing guidance on accounting treatments while also working on various projects.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Oversee reporting and consolidation of Group entities across countries
- Collaborate with regional finance teams, providing guidance and aligning accounting policies and enhance financial close processes
- Prepare Group Consolidated Accounts in compliance with IFRS and maintain master data in SAP
- Implementing financial accounting policies
- Lead and support audits, including PCAOB audits, and liaise with auditors
- Mentor and develop reporting staff
- Evaluate accounting implications of business transactions, including M&A

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting firm exposure
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance
- Proficient in IFRS (knowledge of US GAAP is a plus)
- Strong technical writing skills and experience with complex accounting matters
- Collaborative and culturally sensitive
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change
